Our Selection Process

How do we choose our candidates? Check out our four-step selection process.

Step 2
Initial Interviews
First round interviews are typically conducted on-campus, over the phone or at a Sapient Consulting office. If selected for a second round interview, we’ll invite you to one of our offices to learn more about our company and culture.
Step 4
Job Offer
Following the assessment day, we will extend offers to top candidates. Will that be you?
Step 1

Our hiring team reviews all resumes and applications. If selected, one of our recruiters will contact you for an initial interview.
Step 3
Assessment Day
An assessment day is an opportunity for you to get to know Sapient Consulting and for us to get to know you. Assessment days include a behavioral interview, an exercise/case study and a group project.
